Daintree Discovery Tours
Daintree Discovery Tours is a locally owned operator based in Port Douglas, running small-group guided day trips into the World Heritage-listed Daintree Rainforest for more than 20 years. Guests are collected from their Port Douglas accommodation and travel with a local guide who shares the region’s wildlife, plants and history along the way.
Total Daintree Experience – Full Day: a small-group tour of no more than 10 guests, taking in Mossman Gorge, a crocodile-spotting cruise on the Daintree River, rainforest boardwalks, lunch beside Cooper Creek with time for a swim, Cape Tribulation beach, Alexandra Lookout and a ride on the Daintree Ferry.
Half-Day Daintree Rainforest Tour: a morning or afternoon tour that suits travellers short on time and families with children, combining a Daintree River wildlife cruise with a guided walk and swim at Mossman Gorge.
All tours can also be booked as a private charter, and a luxury private option is available.

Full Day: 7.25am – 5.30pm (ages 10+)
Half Day: morning 7.25am – 12.30pm or afternoon 12.50pm – 5.30pm (ages 3+)

Group Size

Location
Departs Port Douglas. Pick-up from Port Douglas accommodation, or meet at the Wildlife Habitat car park, Port Douglas. No Cairns pick-ups.
