Set across 20 acres of rainforest, Daintree Siesta offers a tranquil accommodation experience for nature lovers, including individuals, families, schools, and groups.

We provide an affordable, family-friendly rainforest retreat with accommodation ranging from powered and unpowered campsites to air-conditioned, motel-style cabins.

Our campground is arranged along a peaceful rainforest loop, catering to tents, campervans, camper trailers, and caravans. Guests can enjoy the camp kitchen, relax by the designated campfire pit, and make use of hot (or refreshing cold) showers and laundry facilities. All campground amenities are available to both campers and cabin guests who wish to self-cater.

During your stay, explore private walking trails through the rainforest, discover unique flora and fauna, and unwind to the natural sounds from your campsite.

Facilities include a camp kitchen, toilets, hot showers, drinking water, and laundry services and there is a licensed restaurant which serves lunch and dinner from Sunday to Friday (closed Saturdays). 

Daintree Siesta welcomes guests with a range of accessibility needs. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible via a ramp from the driveway; however, the bar and toilets are not. One accessible motel room is available, and guests using wheelchairs or mobility scooters have also enjoyed stays in the campground. We have also accommodated guests with vision and neurodiverse needs comfortably.
